我长大了

我每天都盼着长大。小时侯父母为了给我增加营养，骗我说:多吃鱼肝油丸，就能长大。于是，我每天都多吃几粒。为了长大，我还偷穿过妈妈的连衣裙，戴过爸爸的大手表，但都没有用。

I look forward to growing up every day. When I was a child, my parents lied to me in order to increase my nutrition, saying: eat more cod liver oil pills, and you will grow up. So I eat a few more every day. In order to grow up, I stole my mother's dress and my father's big watch, but it didn't work.

可是，有一件事让我觉得自己长大了。那是去年的夏天，外公得了重病住进了医院，而过几天就是我九岁的生日。妈妈一面照料外公一面按惯例用我的压岁钱给我买一件连衣裙，我见了非常喜欢。我想穿上它和妈妈一起去医院看外公，又一想，外公现在正需要加强营养，不如。。。。。。于是，我对妈妈说:我不要连衣裙了，把它退掉，用这些钱给外公买营养品吧!把外公的病治好，那就是给我最好的生日礼物!妈妈听了非常感动，含着热泪对我说:我的乖女儿，你长大了!说完，就把我紧紧地抱在怀里。

But one thing makes me feel like I'm growing up. It was last summer. My grandfather was seriously ill and was admitted to the hospital. A few days later, it was my ninth birthday. My mother took care of my grandfather and bought me a dress with my new year's money. I like it very much. I want to put it on and go to the hospital with my mother to see my grandfather. On the other hand, Grandpa needs to strengthen nutrition now. Why not...... So, I said to my mother: I don't want my dress. I'll give it back and use the money to buy nutrition for grandpa! Cure grandpa's illness, that's the best birthday present for me! My mother was very moved and said to me with tears in her eyes: my dear daughter, you are growing up! After that, I'll hold me tightly in my arms.

从那天起，我觉得自己真的长大了。
