假如我是老师

老师，是大家羡慕而又尊敬的人，在社会的地位很崇高。假如我是一位老师，我该怎么做呢？

假如我是一位老师，学生如果不写功课，我会先问清楚原因，绝不乱发脾气打学生，同学们如果功课有疑难，我会很耐心地一一解答。假如我是一位老师，我不要求同学们每项比赛都名，我只要求他们尽心尽力，问心无愧，赢了固然可喜，输了也不怨天尤人。

If I am a teacher, if the students don't write their homework, I will ask the reasons first, never lose my temper and hit the students. If the students have problems with their homework, I will answer them patiently one by one. If I am a teacher, I don't ask my classmates to take the first place in every competition. I only ask them to do their best and have a clear conscience. It's gratifying to win, and they don't complain about losing.

老师就像农夫，学生好比幼苗，由于老师辛勤地栽培、施肥、灌溉，将来才会有丰收的成果，所谓“良师兴国”就是此意，假如我是老师，我一定会向这个目标迈进。

Teachers are like farmers, and students are like seedlings. Only when teachers cultivate, fertilize and irrigate hard can they have fruitful results in the future. That's what the so-called "good teacher prospers the country". If I were a teacher, I would certainly move forward to this goal.
