课余生活

我的课余生活丰富多彩，有滑冰、有玩电脑游戏、有看课外书、还有下象棋。我最喜欢的是滑冰，因为它既冒险又刺激。

My extracurricular life is rich and colorful, including skating, playing computer games, reading extracurricular books and playing chess. My favorite is skating, because it is both adventurous and exciting.

我仿佛又回到了刚学滑冰的那段时光。那是一个夏天的夜晚，我怀着兴高采烈的心情来到杏东路文化广场。一到广场上，就看见小朋友们带着各式各样的滑冰鞋，有红色的、有黄色的、有蓝色的…五光十色美丽极了！

I seem to be back to the time when I just learned skating. It was a summer night, I came to Xingdong Road Cultural Square with a high spirits. As soon as I arrived at the square, I saw the children with all kinds of skates, including red, yellow and blue Colorful and beautiful!

开始滑冰了，教练让我们先在草坪上练习走路。我小心翼翼地站起来，就象刚出生的小孩子学走路一样。慢慢地，我学会了滑冰的技巧:身子要向前稍倾，腰要弯，手交叉放后。于是我大胆地走到水泥路面上。一不留神，摔了个四脚朝天，哎呀我疼得不禁大叫一声。正当我心灰意冷时，突然想起妈妈对我说的一名话:学任何事情都是从不会到会的一个过程，关键是要坚持，要有耐心。我重新拾回了信心，拍了拍屁股，站了起来，加入到了滑冰的队伍。

We started skating. The coach asked us to practice walking on the lawn first. I stood up carefully, just like a baby learning to walk. Slowly, I learned the skill of skating: lean forward a little, bend your waist, and put your hands behind each other. So I boldly went to the concrete pavement. I fell on all fours without noticing. I can't help crying out in pain. When I was discouraged, I suddenly remembered one of my mother's words to me: learning anything is a process from never to the meeting. The key is to persist and be patient. I regained my confidence, clapped my butt, stood up and joined the skating team.

经过我的不懈努力，我终于学会了滑冰。看!今晚的广场格外的明亮。滑冰鞋上那一束束亮光把广场装扮成了比白天更美的不夜城。

After my unremitting efforts, I finally learned to skate. Look! The square is very bright tonight. The light on the skates made the square a more beautiful city at night than during the day.
