我是“书虫”

我的课余生活可丰富啦！爬竿、跑步看书还有英语。要说我最喜欢的，那就是看书了。在学校，同学叫我“书呆子”；在家，爸爸和妈妈叫我“书虫”。你知道为什么吗？那是因为我太喜欢看书了。

My after-school life can be rich! Pole climbing, running, reading and English. My favorite is reading. At school, my classmates call me "bookworm"; at home, my parents call me "bookworm". Do you know why? That's because I like reading too much.

记得有一次，表哥来我家玩，他带了一本《希腊神话故事》的书。我从他身边跑过，把书拿走了，早已坐在书桌上津津有味、如饥似渴地阅读起来。1小时后，妈妈大声喊：“涛涛，吃饭了！涛涛，吃饭了！”妈妈又重复了好几遍，可是我还是没有听见。当表哥从我耳后大喊：“吃饭了！”我才反应过来。

I remember once, my cousin came to my house to play. He brought a Book of Greek mythology. I ran past him and took the book away. I had already sat on my desk and read it with relish and thirst. One hour later, my mother shouted: "Taotao, have a meal! Taotao, have a meal! " My mother repeated it several times, but I still didn't hear it. When my cousin shouted from behind my ear, "have dinner!" That's how I reacted.

还有一次，我在学校里拿出了一本课外书津津有味地看了起来。二十五分钟过去了，叮铃铃，清脆的钟声敲响。老师从窗边走了过来，我后面的邱子维一边轻轻敲着我的背，一边说“语文老师来啦！”可我没反应。突然，我的同桌把我的椅子一拉，我坐在地上，屁股差点儿摔“平”了。当我回过神来，语文老师早已从我的身边走过了。

Another time, I took out an extra-curricular book at school and read it with interest. Twenty five minutes later, jingle bell, clear bell ring. The teacher came over from the window. Qiu Ziwei behind me tapped on my back and said, "here comes the Chinese teacher!" But I didn't respond. Suddenly, my deskmate pulled my chair, I sat on the ground, and my butt almost fell flat. When I return to God, the Chinese teacher has already passed me.
